DUE DILIGENCE GUIDANCE

Shareholders and Company Officers must provide the following:

▪ A certified copy of the company’s certificate of incorporation and share register
▪ All individual shareholders, directors, company secretaries and any person issuing instruction on their behalf must provide at least one item from each of the lists below: List A to confirm your ID and List B to confirm your proof of address.

If regulated in an equivalent* jurisdiction please request an Acceptable Applicant form. List A

▪ Current signed passport bearing a photograph
▪ Current driving licence or national identity card bearing a photograph and signature
▪ Birth certificate (infants and minors only)

List B

▪ An account statement or letter from a recognised bank or credit card company
▪ A utility or tax bill from a recognised source (excluding mobile phones)
▪ Driving licence or national identity card displaying your residential address (if not used for list A)
▪ Confirmation of residential address from a lawyer, accountant or financial service business in a country with recognised equivalent* AML/CFT regulations

Note: List B documents should be dated within six months of receipt at IMGold. You can send us the original documents from List B only which we will return to you once copies have been taken for our records.

Alternatively we can accept photocopies of all documents provided the copies are certified by one of the following:

▪ A member of the judiciary, senior civil servant or police
▪ An officer from an embassy, consulate or high commission
▪ A lawyer, notary public or accountant
▪ An employee of a regulated financial services business
